Refund and Replacement Policy

At accounts provider, we provide digital goods best for marketing and branding purposes, we have our refund policy to make the deal transparent and convenient for our valued customer.

Reasons we accept for Refund requests:

Faulty and incomplete service: As a provider if we can’t provide you accounts for any reason or you receive faulty, not working accounts from us, then you can contact us and we will refund your money instantly. But remember we only accept refund requests made within 48 hours of accounts purchase. After that we’ll not offer a refund or any kind of replacement. 

Delivery delay:

We deliver products within 12 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. In some cases we might take some extra time to process, especially for a large volume of bulk order which we discuss before with our customer. But even then if we fail to deliver the service on time, we’ll refund your money. 

Non-Delivery of service:

If we don’t have the ordered product in our stock or unable to provide as per description, we offer a full refund. 

Refund/Replacement on used Products:

We do not accept refund or replacement requests for used accounts. However if you face trouble before logging or unable to use it, contact us ASAP so we can review your issue and if the reason is valid we’ll offer replacement, account repair or money refund suitable to your condition.

Reasons we decline refund/replacement requests:


Change of account:

If you change the initially valid account and as a result account block / ban happens, we’ll not be able to refund nor do we offer replacement in such cases. 

Change of mind:

We do not provide any kind of refund or replacement  for change of mind after successful account purchase. With years of experience we pride in serving the focused customers who are serious about their business and need online credibility to boost their operation. 

Spammy activities:

After buying account packages from us, you are free to do whatever you want with them. But we will not accept refund/ replacement requests if you use those accounts for any kind of spamming.

Fishy / Invalid payment:

Accounts Provider offers refund / replacement only for valid purchases. If we suspect any fishy or invalid service payment,we have the full authority to decline any kind of refund request in such cases.
